Without being too dramatic, I believe this book might have extended my life for many years as I was on the road to personal destruction from a health and nutrition standpoint. Dr. Dean Ornish states, “Everyone in the field of nutrition science stands on the shoulders of Dr. Campbell, who is one of the giants in the field. This is one of the most important books about nutrition ever written—reading it may save your life. The forward and introduction is more than worth the price of the book. A must read for anyone concerned about their health.
